Our Process
Our process is designed to be secure, simple and easy to track and understand. We arrange for safe and secure passage of the devices. Once delivered to our warehouse facility, devices follow a detailed and fully-auditable process, during which we serialize, sanitize, sort, test, and grade each device.
Secure Passage of Devices
We ensure secure collection and transport of all devices through reliable logistics partners, with each shipment monitored to prevent loss or tampering. Each device is assigned a unique identifier, allowing us to track its journey from the point of origin to our warehouse and providing transparency at every stage.
Arrival and Warehousing
Upon arrival at our warehouse facility, devices undergo a strict receiving protocol to verify quantities and conditions, with any discrepancies addressed immediately. They are then stored in a secure, controlled environment to prevent damage and ensure safety until processing begins.
Detailed Processing
Each device is serialized with a unique code to maintain detailed records of its history and status throughout the processing pipeline, while also being thoroughly sanitized and erased to meet stringent R2 standards and thus ensuring the devices are clean and ready for testing.
Sorting, Testing, and Grading
After sanitization, devices are sorted by type, condition, and intended use to streamline testing, where they undergo rigorous assessments of functionality and performance. They are then graded based on condition to determine potential resale value or disposal options.
